General notes:
This standard has been withdrawn as ISO has published ISO 3183:2007 and withdrawn ISO 3183-3:1999. Due to a failed ballot, CEN will not be publishing EN ISO 3183:2007. PSE/17/2 has decided that BS ISO 3183-3:1999 should be withdrawn to follow the ISO withdrawal and to avoid confusing future purchasers of BS ISO 3138-3:1999.
