Describes permanent domestic dwellings using liquefied petroleum gases whether from cylinders or bulk supply at a pressure of 28 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane. Gives guidance on selection of materials, components and appliances, design installation requirements, inspection and testing on consumer instructions. Does not cover the installation on site of bulk supplies of LPG. Appliances incorporating their own gas supply are not considered to be part of the installation and are thus excluded.
