Provides the minimum performance and methods of measurement for short range devices placed on the Australian market in accordance with the LIPD and Radio-controlled Models Class Licences or, short range devices placed on the New Zealand market in accordance with the General User Radio Licence. Some variations for Australian/New Zealand conditions are proposed. Test methods are generally referenced from various ETSI SRD standards and other sources.
