标准简介

The requirements of this standard are aimed to provide for a satisfactory life of conductors and insulation which are subjected to the thermal effects of carrying current for prolonged periods of time in normal service. At the moment this standard only relates to non-armoured cables and insulated conductors that have a nominal voltage not exceeding 1 kV a.c. or 1,5 kV d.c. and does not apply to armoured single-core cables.
