Defines conditions, characteristics and measurement procedures for determination of the RDS reception characteristics of a sound-broadcasting receiver in order to facilitate the comparing of results of measurements taken by different observers. Does not determine performance limits. The measurement procedures are created in order to determine the overall performance of the receiver, without studying its functional units separately.
