Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 15506:1997, which specifies the signalling protocol for the support of the message waiting indication supplementary service at the Q reference point between private integrated services network exchanges connected together within a private integrated services network. The Q reference point is defined in AS/NZS 4136.1:1995. Proposed as one of a series of Standards applicable to private integrated services networking.
