These delivery conditions apply to cold rolled, non-oriented steel sheet and strip with maximum values of total specific loss P 1,5 (see sub-clause 2.2) between 2,5 and 9,4 W/kg, characterized by a high magnetizability in the alternating magnetic field, supplied in the finally annealed condition and intended for the construction of magnetic circuits.
