Specifies filler rods for gas welding, made from unalloyed and low alloy steels as specified, for example, in DIN 1615, DIN 1626, DIN 1628, DIN 1629, DIN 1630, DIN17100, DIN 17155, DIN 17175 and DIN 17177 (see also Table 2). It applies also to filler wires for mechanized gas welding.
