Applies to structures such as carts (having a top load surface that is over 39.37 inches above the floor) that are meant for use in places where children are likely to move them. Intended for use with products covered by the Standards for Commercial Audio Equipment, UL 813; Low Voltage Video Products Without Cathode Ray Tube Displays, UL 1409; Radio Receivers, Audio Systems and Accessories, UL 1270; Television Receivers and High Voltage Products, UL 1410. Does not apply to any electrical circuitry that may be integral to, or provided with, a tall institutional cart.
