General notes:
This standard has been withdrawn now that BS EN 60079-14:2003 has been published. The PD was published in order to retain the extra information that was given in the various parts of BS 5345 when that series of documents was withdrawn, which was not included in BS EN 60079-14:1997. Most of this information is now included in the revised edition of BS EN 60079-14 so there is no reason to continue with the PD.
