Lays down performance and constructional requirements for conditioning ovens of the forced circulation type in which the relative humidity of the air is controlled by the use of saturated salt solutions. Does not apply to ovens in which the air is humidified by means of injected water or steam. Applies to ovens operating at a constant temperature within the temperature range from near ambient to 60 Degrees C, and at a constant relative humidity not exceeding 95 per cent. Ovens not capable of operating over the whole of this range of temperature can fulfil the requirements provided that the range of temperature obtainable is permanently and legibly marked on the oven. Also gives detailed definitions.
