This standard is included in DIN Handbook 94 and DIN Handbook 286/1. Covers the types of paint and paint system usually used for corrosion protection of steel structures. In addition, it gives guidance for selecting the paint systems available for different environments, surface preparation grades and durabilities expected. Classifies durability of paint system as low, medium and high.
