Does not apply to microwave ovens, but can give guidance for combination ovens when used in the convection mode only. Does not apply to special purpose cookers for industrial or commercial cooking. Covers heat distribution measurement with trays, high temperature measurement, bread baking performance, cooking a complete meal, complete meal using timer control, grill performance, energy consumption and time to boil 1 L of water.
