BS AMD 7651 RENUMBERS THIS STANDARD TO BS EN 29070Describes the assignment of unique owner prefixes of public text. It describes the procedures whereby such assignments are made, and the method of constructing registered owner name from them. Covers normative references, definitions, notation, public identifiers, structured name public identifier and registration procedures. The appendices include SGML formal public identifiers, recommendations on making public text available, naming authorities and representation of structured names.
