Describes tests for fryers in restaurants and catering establishments. Does not apply to fish frying ranges used in establishments whose purpose is the preparation of fried fish and chips. Assumes gas supply pressure to appliance is within certain operating tolerances. Does not provide a complete specification for controls for general use.
