Specifies technical acceptance conditions for normal-accuracy single column co-ordinate drilling machines, of both single-spindle or turret, with table of fixed height and saddle having cross motion. The specifications comprise preparatory measures, geometrical tests on the machine (accuracy of manufacture) and practical tests on the workpiece (working accuracy). The test conditions conform to DIN 8601 (Preliminary Standard), see Explanations.
