Defines requirements for the protective provisions relative to electrical safety in fixed installations associated with a.c.- and d.c.-traction systems and to any installations possibly endangered by traction power supply system. Also applicable to all fixed installations necessary for ensuring electrical safety during maintenance work within electric traction systems.
