Gives methods for the radiographic examination of fusion welded branch and nozzle joints in steel with wall thicknesses 2 mm up to 150 mm and internal pipe diameters 6 mm up to 1500 mm. Covers examination using the film inside and source of radiation outside, examination using the film outside and source of radiation inside and examination using the film and source of radiation both outside. No attempt is made to define which technique is to be used for any particular application.
