Defines the form and dimensions of ends of parts with external ISO metric screw thread, such as bolt and screw ends recommended for use. They apply to both standardized and non-standardized threaded parts if they are established at the time of order. It is recommended that the symbol given to each end type is used when specifying one of the ends for threaded fasteners.
