Defines a potentiometric titration procedure to determine the content of chromium in iron and steel. Covers chromium contents from 1 % (m/m) to 35 % (m/m). Content of vanadium in iron and steel should be lower than 1 % (m/m) for chromium contents above 10 % (m/m) and lower than 0,2 % (m/m) for chromium contents lower than 10 % (m/m).
