Applies to implements for soil cultivation, sowing, plant treatment and fertilizing. It applies to implements with and without drive, which can be mounted, built on, or hauled to an agricultural tractor (concepts see DIN 70010). Applies in particular to stationary and moving parts, which, due to their arrangement or design, represent a hazard. It applies to new implements, which, within the meaning of the Law on Technical Equipment, are being introduced into circulation for the time.
