Describes equipment and procedures for inspection of electronic components by radiographic means (X-ray). When radiographic inspection is specified in a detail specification, it shall be used in conjunction with relevant Appendix of appropriate CECC Generic Specification, wherein the specific accept reject criteria will be stated. This specification is not applicable to monolithic integrated circuits.
