Covers definitions, classification of luminaires, marking, construction, creepage distances and clearances, provision for earthing, terminals, external and internal wiring, protection against electric shock, endurance tests and thermal tests, resistance to dust and moisture, insulation resistance and electric strength, and resistance to heat, fire and tracking.
