Gives two test procedures which determine refractive index of plastics. Procedure A (refractometric) measures refractive index of moulded parts, cast or extruded film or sheet, by using a refractometer. Covers isotropic transparent, coloured, opaque and translucent materials, as well as anisotropic materials.
