This standard is included in DIN Handbook 403 and 405. Specifies technical delivery conditions for seamless circular tubes made from high-temperature austenitic steel as specified in Table 1. Such tubes are intended primarily to be used in high-pressure applications where elevated temperatures and high mechanical stresses are involved (e.g. in the construction of pressure boilers, pressure vessel, pipelines, and in the chemical industry).
Supersedes VDTUEV 104 WERKSTOFFBLAETTER and its supplement, VDTUEV 312 WERKSTOFFBLAETTER and its supplement and VDTUEV 313 WERKSTOFFBLAETTER and its supplement. (07/2002)
