标准简介

This standard specifies terms and definitions, quality evaluation index, quality control index and control value, test method, marking, requirements of quality inspection and trading, and technical requirements of quality evaluation and control in the contract of commercial coal trading. 　　This standard is applicable to a wide range of commercial coal, including the whole-process of coal production, processing, storage , transportation, sales, import and utilization. 　　This standard is not applicable to the coal self-used at the pithead and the low calorific value coal -fueled power plant.
